In this running technique clinic, you’ll be introduced to the principles of the POSE Method, a proven approach to running that focuses on efficiency, posture, cadence, and reducing unnecessary impact.


Through guided instruction and practical drills, participants will learn how small changes in technique can improve running efficiency, reduce injury risk, and make running feel smoother and more sustainable.


This clinic is designed for runners of all levels — whether you're new to running, training for events, or simply looking to improve how you move.
